Clear terms matter as much as clear diagnostics. This area will hold the current versions of our service terms, privacy information and customer policies.

DRAFT / PRE-LAUNCHThe legal documents below are structural drafts for website development. They are not yet the final published contractual terms.

01SERVICE TERMS

Planned scope: how work is booked, what forms part of an agreed job, how prices are communicated, payment, collection, cancellation and the customer’s statutory rights.

02DIAGNOSTIC LIMITATIONS

Diagnostic labour is intended to investigate and narrow a fault. It does not guarantee that every intermittent or concealed fault will reproduce during the booked period, and it does not automatically include the cost of repair.

03ADDITIONAL WORK & APPROVALS

The final system is intended to record the scope presented to the customer, the quoted or estimated amount, the version of the terms shown, and the time the customer approved or declined additional work.

04PARTS POLICY

Parts supplied by LAZE, customer-supplied parts, manufacturer warranties and workmanship will be distinguished clearly in the final terms so the customer knows who is responsible for what.

05PRIVACY

The finished privacy notice will explain the personal information LAZE collects, why it is used, lawful bases, retention, processors, security, customer rights and how to contact us regarding personal data.

06COOKIES

The first release is intended to use only cookies or local storage necessary for security and account functionality unless optional analytics are introduced later.

07COMPLAINTS

A clear contact and escalation process will be published before customer-facing online contracts are enabled.
